Restore windows executable that has been overwritten in commit "Added missing Utils/mac/triangle"

Commit "Added missing Utils/mac/triangle" also has overwritten the windows executable. This results in issues with creating masks/extents (see for details my post on the forum of march 2.) This commits restores the original windows executable as shipped with v1.40 prior the commit "Added missing Utils/mac/triangle"
