Encoding on Title

Hi,

Thanks for the amazing library. I'm having a problem with the title encoding fetched for this https://oscarotero.com/embed3/demo/index.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dazeddigital.com%2Fbeauty%2Fbody%2Farticle%2F52432%2F1%2Fcomme-des-garcons-rouge-fragrance-is-a-seductive-escape-from-mundanity

I'm using version 3.4.15 because the project the library is on php 7.0.
