Old command references

In the section to insert the parameters, the instructions say to use 'trestle add'. However, this was deprecated at some point and merged into the 'trestle create' command instead. I was only able to find the notice at the link below in the "Classes" section (last paragraph).

Additionally, '-s' does not seem to be an option for the 'trestle author ssp-generate' command. I haven't found the alternative instruction as of yet.

Expected behavior

Updated instruction set for newer syntax or at least error messages that tell me that 'add' is now 'create'.
