Add CRM support through properties to Component Definitions

Issue description / feature objectives

To support settings export (provided and responsibility) statements in Component Definition markdown files as properties. These properties are use to set export information in the SSP.

Caveats / Assumptions

• Implementation should be similar to the implementation-status property.

Completion Criteria

• component-generate will generate sections for export statements
• component-assemble sets the following properties - provided, responsibility, links
• ssp-assemble uses the statements to populate export statements under by-components
