Allow specification of new This System component when doing ssp filter

Issue description / feature objectives

A large ssp may contain many components, and ssp-filter allows reducing the number of them. There should be an option to declare the new, default This System component as one of components in the original ssp.

Caveats / Assumptions

Add command line option, something like --system-component -sc, followed by the name of the component
