Re-examining OSCAL model gen [FRANK / Ekat] Re-examination of root Enforcing that optional Lists have at least one element Input output (enforce stripping of empty arrays during model IO) options for inbetween Could we adjust out models so that when we process internally we don't have to deal with if none checks.
