[RFE] Add option to generate HTML report from openscap remediation

Add option to generate HTML report during openscap remediation (oscap xccdf eval --remediate ...) when building a hardened image. The option can be disabled by default, but it would help us with investigation of bugs or issues in tests.

Where should the report end up? In the image or in composer as a log-like artefact? I think the latter makes the most sense, but might also be more work to implement.
