Rework healthcheck (readiness)

We currently go to an unready state if we cannot contact composer. Which means it goes offline, as openshift stops sending traffic to it.

But really some of the service could continue functioning, like listing your images and retrieving the links to your images.

And failure to connect to composer could be captured by either the compose 500 errors or we can add another metric to track the connection.
