bib failed to build anaconda iso for almalinux9 with --use-librepo

Now bib sets flag --use-librepo by default, which leads to building failure of almalinux9 ISO. The problem could be fixed with flag --use-librepo=False .

@mvo5 can you take a look when you are back? Given the number of duplicates, this seems like a common issue.

I guess we didn't catch it because AFAIK Fedora and CentOS use metalink, RHEL uses baseurl, so we don't actually test anything that uses mirrorlist.
