Update README examples with -v /var/lib/containers/storage:/var/lib/containers/storage

The examples on the readme (AWS and other sections), do not contain -v /var/lib/containers/storage:/var/lib/containers/storage with the --local command (I know it'll be deprecated here: https://github.com/osbuild/bootc-image-builder/pull/423

This issue is just to keep track we need to update the readme examples as well.
