Problem running tePLSQL on apex.oracle.com

I've been working on an APEX 5 Application for tePLSQL on apex.oracle.com

It seems to go into an infinite loop if a template is not found.

note - quick-fix was to return a string if none found in TE_TEMPLATES. But, the quick fix shouldn't be part of the main branch.

I still have more investigation to do.
