Oracle to postgres mode=Incremental issue

Describe the bug Mode=Incremental is not working as expected while doing the Oracle to postgres.

We are trying to use Mode=Incremental option, we are also given the source.where condition, but when we run the ReplicaDB, we are getting the processed records as total records not the incremental records. I mean it is working ad mode=complete.
