[feature request] change workspace priority when desktop notifications

When I get highlighted, desktop notifications work well, but window doesnt change priority, and workspace is not colored in i3/sway (in red to notify that there is something to check)

I briefly looked into how to implement this. As far as I can see the easiest way to do this is by printing a \e (bell) character. I think there are other ways too, but they're usually specific to a WM.
