it is better to test PATCH_WITH_ZYPPER=1 when testing kernel-default

The script in PATCH_WITH_ZYPPER=1 will fail when checking if the kernel-default is installed from repo "TEST" ( currently no real pending kernel-default tests to use )

I think we can make a ticket that can run the full set of tests just spiking the validate_scirpt_test . What do you think or you know of a workaround?
