Simplify xfstests code to run with serial terminal

Tests are much faster and coverage can be increased to be same on all ARCHs. Tests are split in smaller groups on all ARCHs, don't run up to 9 hours e.g. ppc64le s390x Maintenance xfstests are running with this code quite some time. sle12 sle15
