Alternative to #6733 See individual commits. This is concentrating on validating input data.

This is using the Javascript files from https://petstore3.swagger.io/ for the Swagger UI. They are newer than the ones packaged in Mojolicious::Plugin::SwaggerUI

I am now installing the plugin in CircleCI from CPAN, and we can now see a bit better which tests are still failing because of various problems. See https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/188595#note-15
