Switch from dagre-d3 to dagre-d3-es

dagre-d3 isn't maintained anymore and blocks indirect dependencies.

NOTE: Expected to fail as I don't know yet how to replace node_modules/dagre-d3/dist/dagre-d3.js

Does anyone know where npm hides documentation? this https://www.npmjs.com/package/dagre-d3-es isn't very helpful.
