Swapped labels for frontchannel_logout_session_required and backchannel_logout_session_required switches

Describe the bug

When creating new OAuth2 client, in OpenID Connect logout section there two sets of field (switch and input) meant for front- and backchannel logout settings of session_required and uri fields. The switches have swapped labels, i.e. the frontchannel_logout_session_required field has label Backchannel Logout Session Required and backchannel_logout_session_required field has label Frontchannel Logout Session Required.

Reproducing the bug

1. Go to New OAuth2 Client page
2. Scroll down to OpenID Connect logout section
3. See the issue
