Can't apply downgrade plan through Ory website

Describe the bug

Can't apply downgrade plan through Ory website, when I click "Downgrade" button, I got the "Error 500" message

Reproducing the bug

1. Go to Project Settings→[lans & Billing(https://console.ory.sh/projects/c473bfd4-b0f9-48fc-8b01-47a5061e0db0/settings/billing)
2. Change or upgrade your plan from "Essentials" to "Developement", then click "Change Plan"
3. Click "Downgrade"
