Describe your problem

The project welcome page can be disabled, however it doesn't offer much UX when users navigate to it directly.

This cases the end-user to get "stuck" on the page indicating 403. On the root path of the project URL the user sees a 404.

Describe your ideal solution

We should redirect the end-user to the global default redirect URL of the project in these 2 circumstances.
