Linking or unlinking social sign in account not available with passwordless only

Describe the bug

According to the documentation on linking accounts

Configure at least two sign-up methods in your Ory project. One of these methods must be through a social sign-in provider.

This should be sufficient to allow linking or unlinking but the Social Signin section is not displayed in Account Settings with an account which successfully signed up and signed in with the Account Experience UI.

Reproducing the bug

I have configured ory network as follow:

• disabled password auth
• enabled passwordless auth
• enabled github social signin (including the data mapping)
