Add loading when sign up button is clicked

Describe your problem

When Creating an account and the sign up button is clicked. If the page takes a little while to load the user might click the button again.

This causes an account already exists error for the user which can be confusing.

Describe your ideal solution

We need to stop the user from being able to click the button again until the account is created or otherwise (error?)

Workarounds or alternatives

There are currently no work arounds. The user will have to reset their password otherwise.
