Describe the bug
I am trying to add an empty relation:
But I am getting an error:
Could not add relation tuple:: Error: The requested resource could not be found
And I am not sure why, I have other relations referring rule 1, and I have namespace called rule.
Edit: it seems that empty relation is not supported. Doing something like rule:1#owner works.
Any pointers?

Hi @omerlh,
you are right, empty relations are currently not supported through the UI. You can use a wildcard ... in place of an empty relation.
But I think your point is valid and we should add empty relations (spelled just rule:1) in the subject set out of the box.
In terms of priority, is this blocking you right now? I would assume that empty relations are not useful on their own without user-set rewrites, but maybe I'm missing something?
