Doesn't build on FreeBSD

Keto (also affects Kratos) does not build (gmake install) on FreeBSD:

Reproducing the bug

1. Boot a FreeBSD.
2. pkg install go sqlite3 bash gmake
3. ln -s /usr/local/bin/bash /bin/bash (this is hardcoded in the Makefile)
4. Clone Keto
5. gmake install

• go1.16.7
• FreeBSD 13.0-RELEASE
