add Cloud/CLI examples to redirect documentation

We can also create new guide for this under "Customizing Ory" -> "Set redirects", to have the concepts/redirects document focused on the high-level concept ("How do redirects work") and the guide on "How do i set this up". The line is probably blurry, would love to know your thoughts on this @tomekpapiernik
