docs: Oathkeeper + Hydra guide

Hello. I'm trying oathkeeper, and read the docs, but how can we use it with hydra? I read the docs but I can't connect the dots. But seems that the connection is hydra to get auth tokens, and protect custom api with oathkeeper proxy. But how or where can I read about it? Thanks
