Set container IP address in network

Describe your problem

We want to have certificate validation in our component test for Minio. For that we need to generate a certificate with IP addresses. It would be very nice to be able to set the IP of the container in the docker network.

Describe your ideal solution

To be able to set the IP address in the network part of RunOptions.

Workarounds or alternatives

Run minio without certs, preferably we would like to keep this.
