Add a few examples on how to communicate with the REST API with PHP/ASPX/Node.JS.

There are very few tests as of this moment, would be great to add some more.

This is a general issue for all minor issues (minor code adjustments, lint issues, etc..)

Currently there's no single point of contact with leveldb. Each function that needs to use the DB uses it directly.

Support PUT, DELETE etc..

Since blockchain.info is limiting the amount of requests per hour we need to add support for blockexplorer.com (who are currenly not limiting requests)
