Table scrolling not working

Issue

With the Bulma theme, the Oruga table prop scrollable doesn't make the table scrollable. This property works fine with oruga-next.

Note how there is no scrollbar at the bottom of the table, despite the content overflowing the width of the table.

On further investigation, it appears that the table wrapper is being given class is-scrollable which isn't used in the Bulma style.
