Button: icon-left height differs from icon-right

Overview of the problem

Oruga version: 0.8.9 Vuejs version: 3.3 OS/Browser: Chrome

Description

When using a button with icon-left, the overall button is taller than an equivalently configured button with icon-right

This may be a bug with the bootstrap theme for oruga, rather than oruga itself.

It's unclear why exactly the button is taller because the button-wrapper span is the same height, but for some reason, an additional space is added below the button text.
