That would require tracking that area or is it all the water tiles in PH? Alot of things "should" be moved to world changes, same with the NPC "Towncryer" in Thais that yells things should check for global storages to check what world changes are active etc. Same goes for the world board in the adventurers guild house.
About your ide, its the same as the one ive had for a while. Most of the changes already has values for it so it isen't really that hard to make it work. Ex. Fury gates gets the value at startup. Same goes for Yasir etc.
about the shimmer swimmer I think that is just track the "dry water"... and leave the dry water in the map, and make a script to players can take just one fish per day is not bad :d
Well we could do that, but since we would have to track the area anyways (not just the water gets changed) we can just as easy make it a world change.
bro, if you want, can make like a yasir to change the map with math random, I have a script that do it ... but for the teleports of deeplings bosses :D and works good ... is just trap the part of world change, and put in a folder world/world changes (have to be created)
You can send that via PM to me on OTLand and ill take a look at it. But before we can add this we should make sure to have the map, since there is no reason to make the world change active all the time.
