Can't load SSL support in msys2 on Windows 64-bt

The SSL subpackage hard-codes loading 32 bit libssl and libeay DLLs. Should support 64 bit msys2 environment as well. I have openssl-devel 1.1.1.b-1 installed on 64 bit, but DLL is not found, it's located at /usr/lib/libssl.dll.
