Guardian themed end-room

A guardian themed end-room would be very cool. The room could be flooded, with a few Guardian spawners. An Elder Guardian with a persistent tag could also be generated.

The treasure would be at the bottom of the water. Maybe accessible via a command-block contraption.

Un-assigning from myself temporarily. While I'd still like to do this, I shouldn't be sitting on it when I don't really have time. I've got plenty of ideas on how this could work, though.
