Greater variety of traps (feature)

There needs to be a larger variety of traps; currently, it is all pressure-pad-based dispenser/lava pit/TNT traps, which become very simple to spot. Maybe using a tripwire, or even a redstone sensor, or light sensor to trigger something. My kids play in peaceful mode, so most of the monster-related stuff is invisible. For example, light sensor in large dark room; when player comes in and puts torches around, it triggers. Triggers could also do things like - opening up a room of skeletons; opening a door in the ceiling with a lava pool above it... With command blocks, you could do far more complex sensor traps, though you need to give the player a chance to escape, of course.
