Category`s metaTitles field configuration, seems to be wrong after installation

Oro\Bundle\SEOBundle\Migrations\Schema\v1_2\OroSEOBundle should change the fallback_field for metaTitles to string, but it uses UpdateEntityConfigFieldValueQuery and it does not work during installation.

The config after installation looks like this:

      (
          [process_as_scalar] => false
          [excluded] => false
          [fallback_field] => text
      )

I'm pretty sure the problem not in Oro\Bundle\SEOBundle\Migrations\Schema\v1_2\OroSEOBundle as it is old and after it there are another migrations, in v1_3 all SEO fields were deleted, and in v1_5 restored back but all as text type, but in restored form it has string type.

Yes, the v1_5 adds all fields with fallback_field text
