Organizations VS Create new Integration

Trying to create an integration with the same name of other integration in other organization. Failed saying that the integration already exists. Integration and Channels should be below the level of Organization. It should be isolated right?

Yes it looks like unique contraints should check only in scope of organization. Thank you, we will try to fix it as soon as possible!
