More Examples

A low priority issue, but I think the library would be improved by a larger set of examples. For example, what if we wanted to use slotmap to manage a drag and drop system with nested child widgets? Or what if we wanted to use it to design a database of films, in which each Movie has a set of Actor and Producer and DP child nodes? In such a case one node might have multiple child nodes.
