In step 1 of the wiki, msys2-x86_64-latest.exe URL is outdated

When downloading the version in this link, I got repeated "unrecognized file format" after running pacman -Syuu . This was fixed by installing the latest version of msys2 from their website, https://www.msys2.org/.

I reported this to the MSYS guys who say it will be fixed tomorrow.
