Windows: can't install if Git is available through Git bash only

I get an error that Git is unavailable, although I have Git bash installed.

@Nesterov-Konstantin I had the same problem (Windows 8.1) with git version 2.4.0 (Check the attached screen). So i installed the latest git (version 2.10.1). Make sure the windows uses the latest version installed (to verify -> open a command terminal and type the "git --version"). Now try installing the "react" from atom. If you still face the issue better uninstall the atom and try package installation for cleaner.
