Continuous windows error message "Miner's lamp restarted it automatically"

Trying to use MinerLamp, but after clicking "start mining" getting a continuous stream of windows notifications saying "Miner's lamp restarted it automatically" (even after exiting the GUI window). Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for this?

The params being used are: Miner path: C:\Users\myuser\Documents\EthMiner\ethminer.exe command line: --farm-recheck 200 -U -S us1.ethermine.org:4444 -FS eu1.ethermine.org:4444 -O <some adddr>.<rigname> Everything else in deafult settings. OS: Windows 10

What's happening when you start with the same parameters and same OC from command line ?

Config: ethminer.exe -P stratum1+tcp://[email protected]:4444 -U

Sorry for being dull but I can't find working release : ) The latest release v0.21 x86 ( the "release.rar" file) from here "https://github.com/orkblutt/MinerLamp/releases" doesn't even contain an exe-file to run it and whole directory structure is different. Could you please provide brief explanation how to check?

Anyways I copied an exe-file from old release to new directory from ( the "release.rar" file) and it still keeps showing same error about restart.
