Finger Trees

Any chance for adding a Finger Tree data-structure to rpds? 😃🙏

(there are references for this being done—at least in partially persistent ways—as early as '86)

Nothing against it. If someone whats to work on that go ahead. I don't have any plans for it, but it is something to consider in the future.
