Editor: Inactivate save button during save request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I suggest the save buttom is disabled when there is a pending request and not like now when the request is finished. If the server is a bit slow the user is able to save a feature multiple times.

Additional context If the request fail or time out the button should be enabled again.
