Possibility to skip defining default layer for editing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In our Origo editing map, it is required to define a default layer for editing. But it happens often that our users forget to change to the layer which they want to edit, so when they start editing they create objects into the default layer which the objects do not belong to.

Describe the solution you'd like It is better to have possibility to skip defining a default layer for editing. Right now if we do not define a default layer, then Origo will choose the first layer in the list of editable layers as the default layer for editing.
