User handling/customization

I am developing functionality to personalize/customize the user experience of Origo. This includes:

• Login/logout functionality (based on https://github.com/SigtunaGIS/oidc-plugin)
• Be able to select between a list of predfined layers sets (list is depending on who's logged in)
• Multiple personal draw layers with import/export functionality
• When logging out, map preferences is stored so the user can return to the same map next time (layers, extent etc.)

This require changes to quite alot of files and also a server side component. Is this of public interest or shall we keep this internal?
