Add descriptions of labels used in this project on GitHub

Some of the labels on this project (https://github.com/orientechnologies/orientdb-studio/labels) don't have immediately obvious meanings. Labels do have a description field that can be populated when a label is being edited, though. Adding descriptions will make the labels more usable for newcomers.

For this issue, I suggest attaching the Documentation label.
