Angular 1.x Removal

Right now Studio is a SPA hybrid with Angular 1.x and Angular 2. New components are being written in Angular 2 and embedded in Angular 1. Ideally all legacy components of Studio should be rewritten in Angular >=2. This work can be done gradually.
