Graph Editor - Legend might be cut if it includes many items

This happens even if the graph fit into the graph editor

There's no way for the user to understand that the legend has been cut (maximizing the browser, or noticing that some items in the legend are missing, can help)

I wonder what we can do in such cases. Adding a vertical scroll bar into the graph editor?

there is no way to add a scrollbar as the graph editor it's an SVG element. To solve this we should move out the legend and use HTML.
