Enhancement: add footer and show current ODB version + other metadata

Hi,

Strategic / useful feature for Support and QA - especially when running different studios on the same browser, linked to different servers running different versions on different hosts (e.g. via tunnels)

It would be very useful to show somewhere the ODB version in use (e.g. 2.2.13)

We may consider a "footer" that is shown in all pages. If we add this "footer" we can then use it for other things, e.g. printing other important metadata and add a link to the "servers management" : right now , in fact, to go to servers management you have to first go in the initial page and then click "Server Management" from there - this would allow us to save a click (?)

Possible example:

OrientDB version: 2.2.12 | Studio version: x.y.x | ServerHostName-or-IP | Servers Management

Hi @santo-it

Now the ODB version is displayed in the dropdown user menu, once logged in a database.

But yes make sense to move that info in a fixed area.
