Handle duplicate explanations of the same concept

In some cases text is "duplicated", or the same topic is explained in different parts of the guide. This makes maintenance difficult and can create confusion to users

Ideally, each topic is explained in dept somewhere (e.g. a section) and then this section is referenced elsewhere when there is a need to discuss that topic in another context
