once you tried judy arrays, you can't live without them! any chance to get the extension updated for php7? :)

I haven't looked at PHP 7 yet. Will see what is involved to port PHP Judy to PHP 7.

@orieg, could you merge the changes from tony2001's php7 branch? Among others this is necessary to update php-Judy in MacPorts to PHP 7.
